Authentic Edo period original, 1854, Japanese erotic art DELUXE shunga woodblock print picture by Koikawa Shozan (1821-1907).  From his shunga series, Shaka hassho zoku yamato bunko, published and dated 1854.  Shunga picture measures 22 cm x 18 cm.  Excellent colors and impressions! Also some deluxe printing techniques such as gauffrage, urushi-e, which is a type of black lacquer, and mica (metallic pigments).  Condition is very good with some light wear and soiling.  Please see and judge from photos. 
 
Another fantastic original deluxe shunga woodblock print picture by Koikawa Shozan!  In this shunga scene a woman tends to her grooming, while holding a mirror.  Her spread legs expose her vagina, which is clearly seen in the water basin at her feet.  In turn, this arouses the Japanese folding screen's samurai figure to come to life - in a big way!
