Authentic & original Meiji period c.1890, Japanese erotic art shunga woodblock print picture by the esteemed Meiji Period artist, Tomioka Eisen (1864-1905). From his shunga series, Relic of Honor (c.1890).
Measures approximately 19.3 cm x 13 cm.
Very good colors and impressions. Nice silver mica (metallic pigments), mild embossing, and fine burnishing used, as well.
Condition is very good with minimal wear, four binder holes on one border side of the picture. No backing. Please see and judge from photos.
A great original shunga woodblock print picture of a couple either in the midst of foreplay or taking a short timeout while the beauty smokes a kiseru (Japanese traditional pipe) as her male lover sucks on her breast.
