Authentic Edo period original, c.1840, Japanese erotic art shunga surimono woodblock print picture by an artist of the UTAGAWA School.  Shunga picture measures 9.1 cm x 12.8 cm.  Excellent colors and impressions and nice mica (metallic pigments)!  Condition is good with some light wear and soiling, few very tiny holes to left edge of the picture.  No backing.  Please see and judge from photos.
 
A rare homoerotic gay (nanshoku) shunga from c.1840 Japan.  In this scene, two men are having anal intercourse with the young kagema (male prostitute) taking the non-dominant role as an onnagata (female impersonator).
